Made-to-order orders and payment

Every item is made to order in your selected size. The final selling price and production/delivery timeline are confirmed before payment. The final order summary shows the payable amount in INR and shipping. Prepaid only.

Product images and fit

Styled concept images are created using AI. Confirm fabric, colour, included pieces and sizing before ordering.

Returns and faults

We do not accept change-of-mind or size returns or exchanges. Please compare the garment measurements or ask us to check your fit before ordering. Damaged, defective, wrong, misdescribed or qualifying late-delivered goods remain eligible for a remedy, including a refund where required by law. Contact us promptly with your order reference; an unboxing video is helpful, not compulsory.
