Every measurement matters

There are no size returns, so the size has to be right first. The method is simple: measure a jacket and trousers that fit you well, laid flat, and compare them with the finished measurements of the design you want. Never compare a body chest with a garment chest.

Laid flat and buttoned. A and E are measured across and doubled; the rest are read straight off the tape.

A · Jacket chest. Armpit to armpit, straight across, then doubled. This is the full circumference the chart prints.
B · Shoulder. Seam to seam across the back, at the top. The one measurement a tailor cannot fix, so it decides.
C · Sleeve. From the shoulder seam down the outside of the sleeve to the cuff.
D · Jacket length. From the base of the back collar, where it meets the body, to the hem.
E · Trouser waist. Waistband buttoned and laid flat, straight across, then doubled.
F · Inseam. From the crotch seam along the inside of the leg to the hem. A hem is easily altered, so this counts least.

No change-of-mind or size returns or exchanges. Suits use numeric sizes 36, 38, 40, 42 and 44. A size label does not establish finished garment measurements. Ask us to confirm the chart for your design. Read the full policy.

Finished measurements are confirmed per design and size. The product page shows only verified dimensions. Between sizes, ask us to check the shoulder and jacket chest before payment.

Find my size

Choose the design, enter the measurements from a jacket and trousers that fit you well, and we name the closest size for that design, with the difference on every dimension. When nothing is close enough, we say so and ask you to check with us instead.

Buying for someone else

Most people ordering from us are not the man who will wear it. You do not need his chest measurement; you need his jacket.

Take a jacket that fits him well from the wardrobe, not a loose one he tolerates.
Lay it flat, buttoned, and take A to D above. Do the same for a pair of trousers, E and F.
Put the numbers into the fit finder for the design you have chosen, or send them to us on WhatsApp and we will name the size.

It ships to whichever address you give at checkout. If you cannot get to a jacket, book a styling call and we will talk it through.
