Data we collect

We collect the name, contact details and delivery address you submit for an order, support enquiry or account. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.

How we use it

We use the details to fulfil orders, provide support and keep necessary business records. Razorpay processes payments; we do not store card details. Delivery details are shared with the courier when an order is dispatched. WhatsApp enquiries are handled through WhatsApp. We do not sell personal information or send unsolicited marketing.

Cookies

Functional cookies remember the bag, saved items, login session, form security token and your recent order access.

Retention and requests

Contact us through the support details on this page to request access, correction or deletion. Records required for legal or accounting obligations are retained for the applicable period.

Private checkout drafts

Your private draft stores your selection and the buyer, recipient, delivery, billing and measurement details you choose to save. Access expires 7 days after the last Save. Expired drafts are removed from the active database when the app next handles a checkout-draft request. Use Clear draft to delete an active draft. Backup copies are separate and are not instantly deleted by draft expiry or clearing. Reviewing a draft does not place an order, charge a payment or send a message; you choose whether to share the request on WhatsApp.
